Niclas primarily assists large property owners, property developers and other parties on the commercial lease and property market with advice, negotiations, contract drafting, procedures before rent tribunals and in courts of law, etc.

Niclas also represents buyers and sellers in property transactions as well as related property developments and improvements. Niclas has been recommended by the prestigious legal publication Legal 500, with the comment “Recommended by clients particularly for lease related matters”.
