Johan Isaksson

ASSOCIATE

Johan has more than eight years’ experience of legal work within the courts system and has also taught procedural law at Stockholm University. He also has previous experience of work at law firms. Johan has completed special judicial education and in 2017 was appointed as an associate judge at the Svea Court of Appeal, after which he served as an acting judge at the Svea Court of Appeal. His most recent position was as a Judge Referee at the Supreme Court.

His experience from the courts system and teaching experience have endowed Johan with solid procedural knowledge. He also has good experience of construction law.

Johan assist clients on day-to-day construction law issues during projects and represents clients before courts of general jurisdiction and in arbitration proceedings.
