Jenny Kenneberg

Jenny has worked with public sector contracts and procurements for more than 10 years. Through her work at administrative courts, contracting authorities and law firms she has acquired a solid understanding of procurement law from different perspectives. She is retained regularly as an adviser on procurement issues, within most industries, stages and procurement procedures.

Jenny also has ample construction law experience. She assists contractors with contract negotiations, disputes before courts of general jurisdiction, and on day-to-day construction law issues. Being skilled within both public procurement and construction law, to a large extent her practice involves construction procurement and other procurement issues within the real estate area.

Jenny is also an appreciated lecturer and the author of legal analyses and articles within the area of procurement law.
